Sub: Book Closure for Dividend and Annual General Meeting

We would like to inform you that the pursuant to Clause 16 of the listing agreement and section 154 of the copanies Act, 1956, the register of members and share transfer books of the Company would remain closed from July 8, 2008 (Tuesday) to July 12, 2008 (Saturday) (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend for the year 2007-08.

The said payment of dividend is subject to the approval of Shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on July 22, 2008.

Kindly inform your members and display the same on the notice board for information.
