Dr. Reddy’s entered the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1994 after Kazakhstan became an independent state in 1990 after collapse of the Soviet Union. The Representative office of Dr. Reddy’s in Kazakhstan was opened at Almati on July 1997.

Among first products registered in this country in January 1994 were: Ciprolet (3 forms), Norilet, Perti, Enam, Omez, Zoran, Ibuklin, Ketorol, Novigan and Gistalong. Dr. Reddy’s has partnership with 13 key national distributors who cover 80% of Kazakh pharma market.
