To reflect the commitment of Dr. Reddy's to the highest standards of truth, integrity and transparency, our Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE), a code that applies to everyone in Dr. Reddy's.
The Code has been designed to comply with the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and its implementing regulations. It is a general statement of goals and expectations for individual and business conduct. The Code and an Ombudsman Procedure have been articulated in order to provide information and resources to help employees make informed business decisions and to act on them with integrity. |
