AJAY PRAKASH DHANAK

Ajay joined Dr. Reddy's as a Management Trainee in 2009 after completing his MBA in HR from Symbiosis College of Management and Human Resource Development.

It's inclusive: I am visually challenged and this means there are things that I can and cannot do. The company has provided me with a lot of technical tools that make it possible for me to do writing based on audio inputs and outputs.

There is a lot of support I get to go my way and do my work. I feel very good to be part of this team at the Academy. I have never heard a single derogatory remark, or a comment here. And both when there are errors as well as when I do a good job, I know I will be dealt with on the merit of what I did, and not who I am.

I know that the emotional support I get here makes me want to put myself out there and do more, achieve more. It's like these are my people.
