‘Abhinandan’ is the annual event hosted by our Branded Formulations business unit, in which top-performing individuals and teams are felicitated and recognized. Individuals and departments outside the business unit that have made exemplary contributions are also recognized.

Our Discovery Research unit presents ‘Spark’ awards to individuals and teams that have contributed towards the success of a project or who have shown exemplary behaviour in the face of a crisis.
