The Buddy System

The Buddy System helps the new employee get introduced to his colleagues. Under the Buddy System, one of the existing employees, takes the responsibility of introducing the new employee to the workplace. The buddy helps the new employee clarify any questions they may have on the company, location of facilities, policies etc.

The Buddy System helps the new employee feel at home as they integrate with the work environment, and helps them perform together greatest potential.
