Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd has installed site specific state of the art solvent recovery systems for recovering solvents from waste streams for reuse of pure solvents and to reduce the pollution at source and to create better working environment by eliminating the VOCs at work place.
We have installed flash distillation systems and fractional distillation columns (continuous & batch distillation) with primary & secondary condensers. The SRS units are automated with advanced systems like PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and DCS (Distributed Control systems) for achieving high performance by minimizing manual intervention and reduced risk through integrated process safety systems.

Many waste minimization & cleaner production programs are in place across our operations through process optimization, source reduction, applying green chemistry principals, etc.
